An old-timer in the dakhanmari alley near Dongdaemun. A whole chicken simmers in broth at the table, and you add rice cake, kalguksu and other noodle extras as you go. A soy-based dipping sauce is seasoned to taste. It stays open until 1am, so late-night diners fill the floors.
