A salt-bread shop tucked into Ikseon-dong’s hanok alleys. The rolls bake sitting in their own melted butter, so the bottoms come out crisp and caramelised, with coarse salt on top. There is one product, sold in bags of four, so nothing to decide. It once had hours-long lines; in 2026 plenty of bloggers walked straight in on weekdays.
