A seolleongtang house that has simmered bone broth for close to 120 years in a Jongno lane near Jogyesa. The soup is rich yet mild, and kimchi and kkakdugi are the standard side. It is a designated Centenarian Shop and opens at 8am. Dosoontang, head-meat soup and boiled beef are also on the menu, and some tables turn them into drinking snacks.
