A buckwheat noodle shop operating since 1954. The cold soba comes on two trays, so portions are generous, with a soy-based dipping broth you season with grated radish, scallion and wasabi. Lunch tables often add buckwheat rolls, scallion pancake, pork cutlet or a bossam set. It is on the Michelin Bib Gourmand list, and the hall is big enough that tables turn quickly.
