By day this Euljiro back alley is print shops and tool stores. After dark the beer halls drag dozens of plastic tables onto the pavement and office workers loosen their ties. The order is simple: grilled dried baby pollock dipped in gochujang mayo, and 500 ml draft after draft. Manseon Hof, the biggest of the bunch, has two floors and takes groups.
