This pyeongyang naengmyeon name moved out of the Euljiro redevelopment and reopened in Nakwon-dong, Jongno. The broth is light and cold with buckwheat noodles, and vinegar, mustard and chili come on the side so you tune it yourself. Plenty of tables order sliced pork or brisket as a drinking snack. Beef rice soup and hanwoo bulgogi give the noodle-shy something to pick.
