Seosan itineraries
Baekje Smile & Fortress
Start with a smile carved into rock a thousand years ago, then a forest temple, a Joseon fortress and a ridge of pasture. It is the city's own history route, and by car it fits in one day.
Stars, Then the Sea
Day one uses the town as a base: a daffodil manor, the lake park, then real stars at the observatory after dark. Day two is timed to the tide so you can walk out to Ganwolam, with oyster rice to finish.
Mudflat, Ranch, Sunset
Start on the Ungdo mudflats in the north, camp under Palbongsan, spend day two on the ranch and the fortress, and end with sunset at Ganwolam. Three days by car from one end of Seosan to the other.
