The field where Mun Ik-jeom, who brought cotton seeds from Yuan China in 1363, is said to have first planted them. It is State Historic Site No. 108. A memorial stele, a filial-piety pavilion and a cotton exhibition hall are scattered across the grounds, and the hall shows how cotton became cloth. It is not showy; twenty minutes on the way to Namsa Yedamchon is enough.
