A wooden pavilion sits on a cliff above the Osipcheon River, its pillars standing on uneven natural rock so no two are the same length. From the floor you take in the sound of the water and the town across the stream. Of the Eight Views of Gwandong it is the one on a river rather than the sea. It is an easy walk from downtown, good for a short stop.
