Pyeongchang itineraries
Sheep and a Summit
One day, one valley. Sheep in the morning, the 1,458 m summit of Balwangsan after lunch, and a sizzling squid-and-pork plate before you drive home.
Odaesan and Sky Ranch
Day one is fir forest and temple quiet; day two is a tractor wagon to the top of a ranch. Doable without a car via KTX and taxi.
Bongpyeong to Seonjaryeong
Cross Pyeongchang west to east: a buckwheat village, a 1,256 m plateau, a creekside forest trail, and a ridge walk on the last day capped with hanwoo beef.
