A gomtang shop at the mouth of a Jukdo Market lane, with a pot simmering by the door. When you order, the bowl is built on the spot by pouring broth over rice and draining it again, over and over. The menu is just two things: gomtang and boiled beef. Pyeongnam Sikdang sits right next to it.
