From the summit lookout on Mt. Dorasan, telescopes show villages across the military demarcation line. On a clear day buildings on the Kaesong side come into view. Photo ID is required and private cars cannot enter, so you go by security-tour bus. It is bundled into tours, so your time there is fixed.
