Several hanok sit around courtyards right beside Gwanghalluwon. Built the traditional way, the rooms use ondol heating and have no beds. At check-in guests get a horse-token (mapae) that reportedly waives entry at many Namwon sights. Tea ceremony, folk games and pansori or gayageum sessions are on offer.
