This city museum grew from donations by Namwon-born painter Kim Byung-jong. The building mirrors in the pond out front, a favorite photo spot. On the ground floor, Mian coffee book cafe looks out over the water garden through big windows. Chunhyang Theme Park and the observatory are close by.
