A museum in the village behind the novel Honbul

The epic novel Honbul was set in and around this very village of Nobong. The museum recreates author Choi Myung-hee’s writing room and shows manuscripts and materials. After renovation it added a garden and a media space. It is out of town, so plan for a slow drive.
