Baraeo was what Namhae women once called gathering seafood on the shore, and these were their paths. Now they are numbered coastal trails ringing the island. The best known starts at Gacheon Daraengi Village, with terraced rice paddies and sea views on the way to Sacheon beach. A section takes anywhere from three to over five hours, so most people pick one stretch rather than the whole loop.
