The Mokpo Marine Cable Car lands you on Gohado, where Admiral Yi Sun-sin stayed for 106 days from late 1597. Ten minutes on foot brings you to a viewing tower stacked like warships, and below it a coastal deck of about a kilometre runs out over the water beside sea cliffs toward Mokpo Bridge. The full loop out to the dragon head is 5.6 km and about two and a half hours.
