Raw-beef bibimbap shops cluster around the crossroads inside the market. At lunch there are lines outside Jeil and Cheonhwang, and people keep walking out with empty bowls behind them. Wander the lanes past side-dish stalls and dried-fish shops. It is an easy walk over from the fortress.
