This is where the Siege of Jinju was fought in the Imjin War. The south side drops straight to the Nam River, so walking the wall puts the water right below you. A full loop past the gates, command post and shrine takes about two hours, and it looks best once the lights come on at dusk. Chokseongnu and the National Museum sit inside, so a whole day can start here.
