The name that comes up first for Jinju naengmyeon. The broth is built from anchovy, dried pollack and chicken, seasoned with a soy sauce aged six months, so the sea hits you before anything else. Thin pan-fried beef (yukjeon) is laid over the noodles. The broth version is fine, but the spicy bibim feels most like this place.
