The Jeongga family's newer four-story building on the edge of the hanok village. The ground floor is a cafe and rooms fill floors two to four, with hanok roofs spread low outside the windows. It has its own car park and a lift, which helps families with luggage. The fourth-floor rooftop is described as a good sunset spot over the village.
