Choe Dam built this pavilion as a retreat in the reign of Taejong. It stands on a cliff where the stream bends, and was ranked among the old Eight Views of Jeonju. Walk the stream from Hanok Village and link it with Hanbyeok Tunnel and Cheongyeonru on Namcheongyo for an evening loop. It is open around the clock.
