An octagonal-roofed pavilion sits in the middle of Namcheongyo Bridge over the Jeonjucheon stream. By day it is a quiet rest stop; after dark, lights run along the eaves and the roofline doubles in the water. A stream-side walk leads on to the lanes of Seohak-dong art village, which makes for an easy evening loop. It is an open pavilion with no entry process.
