The Hyodoncheon stream pools into a deep green basin just before it meets the sea, with black basalt cliffs on both sides. You can paddle the pool on a traditional teu raft or in a kayak, or walk the coastal path. A loop takes about 30 minutes. Many people sit for a while on the black-sand beach at the seaward end.
