A park remembering the victims of the Jeju April 3rd events that began in 1948. The memorial hall explains the background and the course of the events, with testimony from families. Outside stand an altar and rows of stones carved with names. You tend to walk slowly and without talking, and it changes how you see the island. It sits on the northern slope of Hallasan, so leave extra travel time.
