The sand is white and the water shallow, so the green-blue colour looks vivid. Biyangdo sits just offshore, so almost every angle works as a photo. At low tide a wide stretch of flats opens up for walking. Cafés and restaurants line the road behind the beach. It is close to Hallim Park, which makes a good west-coast day.
