Jeju's biggest market has been here since 1945. By day it is all tangerines, omegi rice cakes, sashimi and dried fish. After dark the night-market stalls line up near Gate 8, and everyone films the black-pork skewers as the torch flares up. Wander round with an abalone gimbap or a snow-crab gratin in your hand and the loop is over before you know it. It is close to the airport, so it also works for a last-day tangerine box.
