A café built on a rocky outcrop poking into the sea at Hamdeok Seoubong Beach. Through the glass, emerald water comes almost to your feet. Specialty coffee and a big bread counter make it an easy breakfast stop. In the evening the same spot turns into the Beach Wave pub.
