The cable runs 2.3 km from Multae station to the Bibongsan summit (531 m) in about ten minutes. The lake widens beneath you all the way, and from the top the water and ridgelines stack up in layers. It is easy going even with parents who dislike walking. Strong wind stops it, so check the weather first.
