This service area spans the expressway like a bridge, with cars passing underneath. Climb to the wooden rooftop deck and the Naerincheon River and ridge after ridge of Gangwon mountains open out at once. Drivers heading either to Seoul or to Yangyang stop in the same building. After sunset the Naerincheon bridge lights up, which makes a short stop worthwhile.
