Wolmido once floated off the port of Incheon and was joined to the mainland by reclamation. It was also the first landing point of the 1950 Incheon landing. The seafront now holds Wolmi Theme Park, a culture street and rows of seafood restaurants. A trail in Wolmi Park and the Wolmi Observatory give wide views of the harbour. Plenty of people walk it at sunset in the sea wind.
