On the hill above Chinatown, a former hillside slum has been filled with murals and figures from Korean and world fairy tales. The lanes are packed with dolls and paintings, and visitors with cameras step around each other. The village itself is free to walk; only the trick-art hall inside charges. People still live in some of the houses, so keep your voice down.
