An old Chinese restaurant three minutes from Incheon Station, right in the middle of Chinatown. The signature is uni-jajangmyeon, made with finely minced toppings, plus glutinous-rice sweet-and-sour pork, and the line outside builds at weekend lunch. Reviews often say the sauce is not greasy and the noodles sit lightly afterward. It has been on TV, and the dining room is bigger than the front suggests, so a line moves quickly once the doors open.
