The museum occupies the old building of Gonghwachun, the Chinese restaurant said to have first served jajangmyeon. Displays trace the dish from a dockworker's meal at Incheon port to a national favourite. Recreated kitchens and dining rooms show how it used to look. Tickets are cheap and the museum is small, so it fits neatly into a Chinatown walk.
