Laid out in 1888, this was the first Western-style park in Korea. A statue of General MacArthur and a monument marking a century of Korea–US relations stand on the summit of Eungbongsan. From the top you can see Incheon port and Chinatown's rooftops. Old structures such as Seokjeongru and Hongyemun remain. The hill goes white in cherry-blossom season.
