A kalguksu shop open since 1979, with kalguksu, sujebi and a few dumpling dishes and not much else. The noodles and dumpling wrappers are thin and soft rather than chewy. You loosen a chili-pepper sauce into the clear broth, and the chive side dish gets a lot of mentions.
