Address

This temple sits halfway up Naksan on Seokmodo, a Guanyin site looking out over the sea. It is said to have been founded in the Silla period and counts as one of Korea's three great Guanyin prayer sites. Beyond the main grounds, stairs climb to a carved Guanyin relief under the eyebrow-shaped rock, facing the Yellow Sea. Since Seokmodo Bridge opened in 2017 it can be reached by car.
