A bibimbap house in the Hwangdeung market lanes, going since 1931. Rice is warmed in seonji broth, topped with raw beef bought that day and mixed one bowl at a time. The broth is clear and clean, with little of the usual funk. It mostly runs lunch hours, so time your visit.
