A Gyeongju snack shop that has been making jjolmyeon for nearly fifty years. They make the noodles and age the sauce in-house. The yuboo jjolmyeon serves chewy noodles in a warm broth, which many first-timers have never seen. Bibim, fish-cake and cold versions fill out the four-item menu at 9,000 won each.
