Next to Woljeonggyo, a small lane of hanok houses runs between earthen walls. The Gyeongju hyanggyo (old Confucian school) and the Choi family's big house, known for twelve generations of wealth, are here. The walk along the walls is short and easy, and it links up with Wolseong and the bridge. A shop known for Gyori gimbap near the entrance makes a handy snack stop.
