A big arts complex on the site of the former provincial hall. Most of it sits underground, so what you see from the street is a wide yard and low roofs. Galleries, performance halls and a children's centre share one campus, which makes it a decent rainy-day plan. Ticket prices change with each exhibition, so check before you go.
