The national cemetery where victims of the May 18 uprising are buried. Past the gate you walk up the plaza to the memorial tower, and rows of headstones come into view behind it. Most visitors lay a flower, burn incense and circle the graves slowly. Entry is free and it is open every day. On days with state visits or big ceremonies, public entry is blocked, so check the date first.
