A square right in front of the old provincial hall. The central fountain dates from 1971 and doubled as a rally stage in May 1980. Sangmugwan and a clock tower still stand at one side, along with the Bell of Democracy pavilion from 2005. From April to October the fountain runs a music show in the evenings and locals come out to sit. A good short stop before or after the old hall.
