Built in 1931, this eight-sided pavilion sits right at the edge of a sea cliff. Climb the steps through old pines and the East Sea fills the view. On a clear day you can see Cheonggan-jeong to the south and Neungpa-dae to the north. Many people come before dawn and wait for the sun above the breaking waves.
