The first Paleolithic site excavated in Korea sits on the bank of the Geum River. The museum at the gate shows hand axes, choppers and models of daily life, and the open ground outside looks different once you have seen them. Reconstructed huts and hands-on spots run along the riverside. The Geum River cycle path passes right beside it. Parking is free.
