Walk up along the Dosolcheon stream and a long camellia grove spreads behind the temple. Autumn turns the stream bank red, and in camellia season the whole grove flushes at once. Turning back at the temple is fine, but the walk on to Dosolam hermitage thins the crowd fast. The path is gentle; comfortable shoes are all you need.
