Fields that turn barley green, then buckwheat white

The gently rolling farm changes colour with the season. Spring barley ripples green, and in autumn buckwheat lays down a white carpet. Rape blossom and other bloom times shift year to year, so check the bloom before you go. It draws photographers, so mornings are calmer.
