Gimhae itineraries
Gaya in a day by light rail
One light-rail ride from Sasang in Busan and the museum, the tomb mounds and the royal tomb all line up on foot. Finish with dwitgogi, the cheap pork cut Gimhae locals grill.
Gaya by night, Bongha fields
Day one is the heritage walk and the lit-up Gaya Theme Park after dark. Day two heads out to Bongha village in Jinyeong for a walk through the paddies and a bowl of hanwoo beef.
A hanok night, a resort night
First night on a hanok porch beside the royal tomb, second night in a Jangyu resort with a door straight into the water park. Heritage, Bongha and the theme park: all of Gimhae in one go.
