Dwitgogi is the scrappy, flavourful pork-trimmings grill Gimhae locals grew up on. Prices here are low enough that tables fill fast in the evening. Fresh minari comes to the table; grill it with the meat to cut the grease. Dip the meat in the owner's house red sauce and grill it a bit longer for a marinated finish.
