A long promenade of benches and sculptures follows the water of Jangseungpo harbor. After dark, landscape lighting comes on and the harbor settles down. Street-stall pubs called Jangseungpocha line the road, and the Geoje Arts Center sits at the far end. Busking happens now and then, and there are fireworks at year end.
